**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new clients in both local and regional markets. Your primary objective will be to expand our customer base, increase market share, and maximise revenue streams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively managing the entire sales process from lead identification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales collateral to potential customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical staff and project managers, to ensure seamless execution and successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new market segments and business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in an electronics-based industry.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- An understanding of IT technologies and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- We cover various areas throughout North Wales and this position would probably be best suited to someone who lives within a 20 mile radius of our office in Old Colwyn.
