Ielts Instructor

**About us**

Bridge Solutions is a niche organization with selected clientel from around the world we work with various language schools and online English providers for students across the world.

We are looking for an experienced ESOL / TEFL teacher with experience of teaching IELTS and English from beginner level to intermediate levels

The teacher should be engaging and make lessons fun and interactive and be able to be self - motivated and take charge of their class and curriculum. A working knowlegde of the platform off2class would be an advantage as we are encouraging our teachers to take advantage of this platform and access will be given.

Tutor should be able to -:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in a classroom setting
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and success
- Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments
- Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their educational goals
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional strategies
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information

Experience
- Previous experience working with students or in adult education is preferred
- Strong classroom management skills, including the ability to supervise and motivate students
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to effectively educate and engage students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles
- Customer service-oriented approach with a focus on providing a positive learning experience for students

Note: This job is online only and all lessons will be delivered online so the teacher should have experience of teaching online for group classes and know how to manage students online and have a good WIFI connection.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £20.00-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 8 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
