- You must have full CeMAP or equivalent

- You should have excellent customer service standards
- You should have full driving licence and access to own transport

**Trainee Mortgage Advisor Benefits**
- Salary of £21,000 - £25,000 with OTE of £45,000 - £60,000
- Tiered bonus structure with no salary validation
- Branch based 4 days per week, with 1 day from home
- Working 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday with day off in lieu (every other Saturday)
- Option to progress into self-employed role in the future to build your own business
