**Job title: Maintenance Inspection Coordinator**

**Location: Leeds**

**Terms: Full-time Monday - Friday**

**Salary: £23,100 - £24,000**

**The Role**

As our Maintenance Inspection Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of YPP, serving as the pivotal link between the lettings and maintenance department, and our tenants. Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our business. Working closely with our experienced Lettings, Maintenance and Marketing teams, as well as our dedicated Lettings Consultants and Customer Service Representatives, you will enjoy a collaborative work environment where everyone plays a crucial part in our success.

**Daily duties include**:

- Daily contact with residents;
- Assisting customers with their enquiries face to face or over the phone, in relation to maintenance issues or visit to their property;
- Setting up required tenant documents;
- Taking payments;
- Using our company software to store tenant details, manage calendars, etc.
- Managing keys & their locations in our locked boxes and arranging for keys to be cut/fobs to be reset required;
- Conducting end of tenancy and mid-term inspections;
- Providing improvement feedback to managers throughout the company;
- Reporting to management;
- Any other administrative tasks; and
- Working to set targets.

**Essential requirements**:

- Minimum GCSE grades C or above in maths and English or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Previous customer service experience.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Multilingual abilities
- Previous reception and administrative experience is highly valued

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,100.00-£24,000.00 per year
