**Accounts Processor/Book-Keeper, progressive role within SME**

**Full time, hybrid 3 office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), 2 home**

**Wantage**

**£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ownership from start to finish for all daily financial transactions including, but not limited to, sales invoices, purchase invoices, employee expenses, bank reconciliations, chasing Aged Debt
- Supporting the General Manager with production of management P&Ls for each company and a group position
- Managing and liaising with internal stakeholders on receivables and credit control
- Managing Account Payables, with input into staff expenses and supplier payments
- When required, liaising with external accountants for UK and International VAT & Tax
- Managing bank transactions and reconciliations for multi-currency bank accounts
- Assist the General Manager in year-end account closure
- Reporting to the General Manager as well as the Managing Director and Financial Director

**Skills and Experience**
- Complete working knowledge of Quickbooks is essential
- Ambition to attain a recognised Accounting qualification will be supported with time and potentially financial contribution.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ years’ commercial experience of financial and/or management book-keeping
- Multiple currencies background preferred
- Work independently, manage own schedules and deliver to deadlines
- Patience with clear and concise communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
