**Graduate IT Support Engineer Requirements**:

- Windows suite: Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server
- M365: Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
- PC Setup and configuration
- TCP/IP Networking
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills

**Desirable**:

- PowerShell
- Active Directory & Group policy
- VMWare
- Knowledge of other components such as networks and firewalls
- Experience in Linux OS and CLI
