Sitwell Fish Bar are recruiting This is an excellent opportunity to join our well-established chop shop as a Fryer.

As a Fryer you will bring your experience in the industry but also ideas of how we can expand and offer something different to our customers.

As a fryer in conjunction with other team members you will be responsible for:

- Food preparation while upholding product quality in line with standards.
- Responsible for all the frying and organising the team to ensure a perfect fish and chip shop experience.
- Ordering Stock on a weekly basis.
- Maintaining all aspects of food hygiene and cleanliness to a high standard
- Interacting with customers while maintaining a positive brand image and service standards including uniform, presentation standards and our philosophy on customer service

Minimum hours will be 45 per week, You will also be expected to work weekends and public holidays.

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Derby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
