Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute complex metalwork tasks, including TIG welding, finishing raw castings, and texture work.
- Interpret technical drawings with precision and contribute to the production of high-quality bronze artworks.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate closely with a skilled team of craftsmen and craftswomen, providing guidance and support.
- Mentor junior team members and share your wealth of experience.
- Drive continuous improvement in metalwork techniques and processes.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in metalwork and chasing.
- Exceptional skills and expertise in TIG welding, finishing, and texture work.
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations in metalwork.
- Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative and positive attitude.
