An exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our company and work with us on a variety of residential projects. Learn from qualified tradesmen, work with us on whole house refurbishments from start to finish, gain skills in electrics, tiling, kitchen and bathroom installations, carpentry and more.

This role offers a wide variety of tasks so you will always be learning. The weeks will vary (depending on what stage of a refurb we're at) but expect to support the team with stripping out the property, electrical rewires, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, hanging doors, general property repairs and maintenance, keeping areas tidy and safe to work in.

The role is physically demanding and can involve heavy lifting, working at heights and working in all weathers. A driving license and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.

Potential to increase pay in line with competence and ability after a proven period.

The training provider we are partnered with is Ixion, and the qualification is called Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative.

The training part of this role is done on the job, so there's no time spent in the classroom.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: £192.40 per week
