This role is perfect for a passionate individual with a knack for creating compelling visual content. You’ll be instrumental in designing graphics and capturing images that resonate with our audience, driving engagement across our social media platforms.

This job is based fully in-house at our Team Valley offices and will be reporting into the Head of Social.

Hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Fridays 8am - 12:30pm.

**Responsibilities**
- Conceptualise and produce high-quality visual designs for a variety of projects including marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, and more.
- Ensure we’re adhering to the brand guidelines at all times whilst producing visually stunning artwork.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and web development, to bring design concepts to life.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Keeping up to date with design trends, design techniques, and tools to ensure that our designs remain cutting-edge and relevant.

**Skills and qualifications**
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects for social media.
- At least 3 years in an in-house or agency designer role.
- A keen eye for detail, design principles and a creative and artistic mindset.
- A high level of experience using the full Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and XD. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
- Experience with producing content for popular social media channels, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An interest in the health/fitness industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree/qualification in graphic design or relevant in a creative field would be a bonus.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
