- Assist brides in selecting wedding dresses and accessories that meet their preferences and budget
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on the bride's vision and body type
- Guide brides through the entire shopping process, from trying on dresses to finalizing the purchase
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that dresses are properly displayed and accessories are readily available
- Stay up-to-date with current bridal fashion trends and designers to better assist brides in making informed decisions
- Collaborate with alterations department to schedule fittings and ensure timely delivery of altered dresses
- Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the bride's overall experience

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a bridal or fashion retail setting
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments and ensure each bride receives adequate attention
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages such as Spanish is a plus
- Basic math skills for processing payments, calculating discounts, and providing accurate pricing information
- Knowledge of phone etiquette to handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Ability to effectively communicate with brides, understanding their needs, preferences, and concerns
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of appointments, orders, and follow-ups

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
