**Job Summary**: As a Business Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of various departments within our organisation. This apprenticeship opportunity is designed to provide comprehensive training in business administration while allowing you to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and exciting work environment. Working alongside our Business Support Manager, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience across many areas of the business including office management, human resources, legal and compliance, marketing, quality assurance, health & safety, IT supplier management, event planning, finance, and planning and scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to different departments, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals, attend meetings, and contribute ideas to improve processes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Project Assistance: Support various projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Customer Service: Assist in delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Training and Development: Actively engage in the apprenticeship training program, completing assignments, attending training sessions, and demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development.

You will be provided with full training for any tasks and responsibilities throughout the apprenticeship scheme and be supported by the Business Support Manager throughout.

You will attend Southbank Colleges at their Clapham Campus for 1 day per week to carry out the training element of this apprenticeship. This training will begin in September 2024/

**Working Hours**:08:30am - 5pm (1hr lunch), Monday - Friday.

**Working Location**:You will be based at D2E’s offices by London Bridge on the days when you are not attending college. There may be opportunities for hybrid working once you have completed your probation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Grade 4 English and Mathematics.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
