**About the Job**:
We're seeking reliable and experienced gardeners to work on a freelance basis, providing gardening services to our clients in and around Solihull. As a self-employed freelancer, you'll work independently, but we'll provide you with ongoing support and guidance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality gardening services, including lawn maintenance, pruning, weeding, watering and planting
- Work with our clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with our team to ensure seamless project delivery
- Maintain a professional and reliable work ethic

**Requirements**:

- Experience in gardening or a related field is required
- Own transport and equipment (e.g., lawn mower, tools etc.)
- Passion for gardening and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision
- Reliable and punctual
