ShelterIt & TotalSpan has an opportunity for a new working foreman to join our team. The key roles are learning to install our steel frame, steel-clad buildings along with our PVC tensile steel shelters. You may have previously worked in steel erection, cladding, modular buildings, marquee structures or any role with practical knowledge in construction or installation settings. **We want to know how your previous experience would be beneficial to our company.**

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**
- Use hand tools to build up light gauge steel frames.
- Regularly spending 3 - 4 nights away per week in a team around the country. (Expense allowance provided and always with a good - excellent standard of accommodation)
- The safe use of plant and equipment.
- Ensure you comply with all health and safety instructions as per site rules.
- CSCS Card
- Tele Handler Licence
- MEWP Licence
- Working at Heights
- Driving Licence

**Essential Qualities**
- **Country-wide role, company based in Market Weighton -**

The person we are looking for will be comfortable with traveling around the country 3-4 days per week depending on the job; it could be delivering items to customers and helping with their installation one day or being in a full install for the next week. (Weekends are rare but available as overtime if you would like it)
- **An active problem solver -**

There is sometimes a bit of thinking involved when installing our temporary buildings - we need you to be able to overcome any challenges in the best possible way for our customers.
- **Learning a new product -**

Our products are not always the typical buildings that you may have seen before - however they are straightforward to install, and we will provide comprehensive on-the-job training of the product. There are also many businesses in our company so always things to do and learn.
