Fulfilment Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Shopify Specialist with skills and expertise in fulfillment to join our dynamic team. As a Shopify Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our online store, maximising its potential, and ensuring smooth operations. fulfilment will contribute to the overall success of our e-commerce business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimise our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers by continuously improving website functionality, navigation, and design.
- Oversee order fulfilment processes, including inventory management, order processing, packaging, and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers, warehouses, and shipping partners to optimise fulfilment operations and negotiate favourable terms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce, fulfilment, and Shopify platform to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in managing and optimising Shopify stores, including product listings, inventory management, and pricing.
- Knowledge of business management principles and practices, including sales, marketing, financial analysis, and operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in order fulfilment processes, including inventory management, order processing, packaging, and shipping.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and shipping partners.
- Ability to adapt to a increasing pace of work and evolving e-commerce environment.
- Experience with additional e-commerce platforms and marketplaces is a plus.
