Avec plus de 350 collaborateurs répartis sur trois agences en France (Nantes, Ile-de-France et Lyon), INEO UTS, entité d’EQUANS France, est spécialisée dans l’intégration et l’installation de systèmes électriques pour les transports urbains (métro, tramway, bus ) qui accompagne ses clients dans la mise en œuvre de solutions de transport fiables, performantes et innovantes et participe à des projets complexes sur l’ensemble du territoire national et aussi à l’international.

**Votre challenge à nos côtés**:
Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable de l’activité Courant Faibles, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de l’exécution du projet TER Dakar (CA : 3,2 _M€) _avec le pilotage d’une équipe de 15 à 20 personnes et de bureau d’études extérieurs.

Plus précisément, vous serez amené à:

- De l’organisation, de la planification, du suivi, du contrôle, de la fixation des objectifs des équipes de réalisation, de la logistique et des moyens (humains et matériels) nécessaires à l’exécution de ses missions
- De l’approbation de l’ensemble des documents d’exécution et courriers clients
- Des consultations et achats de matériel (dans le cadre de son habilitation) dans son périmètre
- Mise en place avec le service achat des contrats de sous-traitance dans les règles d’INEO, du Groupe et du Projet.
- Du pilotage financier de son périmètre (PAT, Visées, Reporting, Facturation, revue des risques)

**Votre profil**:
De Formation Ingénieur (ou équivalent), ou expérience significative de plus de 10 ans en conduite de travaux, et 5 ans en gestion d’affaires.
