Marketing Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an internal Marketing Coordinator to help us jazz our marketing presence up

- Creating adverts and digital marketing literature using design image/editing software
- Establishing a clear product brand proposition
- Managing Social media content creation for a variety of job roles
- Build a website and maintain
- Assist in creation of sales literature
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy
- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
- Establish a marketing plan and strategy
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
- Plan & provide regular updates on all social media platforms, creating a uniform brand across all methods of advertising & media
- Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership

**Skills and Qualifications as a Marketing Coordinator**
- Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Previous experience within Recruitment would be advantageous
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Commuting to sites all over England, with office base in Bromsgrove
- There will be a three-stage interview process:
- Let's get to know you.
- You will be expected to research 24-7 as it is and then produce a short presentation - what we currently have, what's good, what's bad what they would change, best methods of attraction and so on
