We are looking to appoint an experienced, dynamic individual from either a nursing or Biomedical Scientist background to join our existing Transfusion Practitioner team and take an active part in ensuring Blood Transfusion in Cornwall is safe, appropriate and compliant with all relevant standards and regulations.
You will possess sound theoretical and practical blood transfusion experience. You will be a flexible, confident individual who can demonstrate excellent communication, teaching & interpersonal skills. You will be expected to liaise with all levels of staff involved in the transfusion process. The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team is essential.
