Another exciting opportunity I am working on for one of my client's. Due to huge growth plans we are now seeking another financial planning administrator to support the new advisor & their client book.

They are financial planning firm that is specialising in given advice on Pensions, Investments, Inheritance Tax, and Insurances.

**Duties**:
To work as part of a team to meet the administrative needs of the advisers

To use the Enable system to maintain client data including recording client information, setting reminders, entering new business, producing client reports and prioritising own workflow under direction of Team Manager.

To liaise with product providers to obtain quotations, submit new business, and service existing business.

To check and issue paperwork to clients and to product providers

Managing diaries, booking in client reviews, liaising with IFA & client relationship with any changes or updates.

To assist the adviser in ensuring that new business and existing business meets the compliance requirements.

To assist the adviser in making appointments, preparing client packs, logging CPD, and conducting client reviews

**What you need for this role**:
You will need to be an organised individual and can demonstrate you can work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. This is a highly regulated sector and you must be able to follow the guideline and deadlines.

Ideally someone that has worked within a financial Services environment as an Administrator or Back office within a banking environment would be suitable. We would also welcome someone who has been working for a provider and of course someone who is currentlyworking in the Financial Planning sector currently.

Ideally someone who has R01 or CF 123 would be ideal but not essential.
