Automotive Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you a recruiter with a high-energy, go-getter-hunter mentality who is excited to take on a new challenge? Autotech Recruit is currently searching for an Automotive Talent Acquisition Specialist. You might call this person a head hunter, or a resourcer, but we're on the hunt for an experienced recruiter with excellent searching, sourcing and attraction capabilities.
- Core responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end management of the recruitment process, from sourcing through to assessment and offer of automotive temporary long term assignments.
- Build a robust pipeline of talent
- Collaborate with the Autotech Recruit team to understand requirements of the role and assess screening criteria
- CV review and pre-screening
- Partner and provide weekly updates to the Autotech Recruit team
- About you
- You will have prior full life cycle recruiting expertise hiring talent.
- Attitude and mindset is important too. You will work on a number of different roles at one time, at times with some time pressure, so you'll need to be pragmatic and good at prioritising.
- If you enjoy variety in your work and are passionate about growing a business through top talent, you'll be in good company

Package
Base Salary: £30,000 p/a
Commission: A discretionary, performance related uncapped bonus scheme that rewards you whilst you help us to achieve our goals. This is very much a commission-based role. You will be paid per placement plus if they stay in the role you found them for. OTE approx. £90,000 p/a
Development: We will enrol you onto any course or any external training that you require to grow within your role and a having a continuous professional development plan is encouraged.
