A key role providing reporting, analysis and insight across the company, ensuring cost control, supporting decision making and continuous improvement activities, as well as championing a robust internal control environment.

**Role outline**:

- Deliver the monthly management accounting and forecasting activities on site, ensuring accurate and timely submissions (coordinating activities across multiple departments, analysing / interpreting results, reporting on a local and Group level).
- Collaborating with the Financial Accounting Manager, Operations, and the Senior Leadership Team, support the preparation and submission of the annual business plan.
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting, analysis, insight, and recommendations, which aid management decision making, and work closely with operational teams to provide support for continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
- Drive digitalisation projects in the finance department.
- Champion internal control compliance and recommend / implement process improvements, ensuring adherence to local and Group policies.
- Provide support for internal and external audits.
- Play an active role in the leadership team, engaging in development training sessions, and collaborating with other team leaders on continuous improvement initiatives.

**Education / Qualifciation / Experience**:

- Standard costing experience within a manufacturing organisation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems (eg. SysPro, SAP or similar).
