**Title: HR Administrator - Temp to Perm Role** **Salary**: £25k Per Annum (dependant on experience)

**Duties**:

- Act as first point of contact for external and internal enquiries, liaising with appropriate HR team members to provide general information and advice on employment issues and responding as required
- Responsible for monitoring the generic HR inbox and responding to queries and escalating to other members of the team for more complex matters
- Manage HR all administrative processes that cover the employee life cycle including recruitment compliance, induction, probation and learning and development and leavers, with a particular focus on recruitment
- Assist the team with the annual training requirements for safeguarding and liaising with line managers to ensure their teams remain compliance
- Arrange occupational health medical referrals with the occupational health service in conjunction with HR colleagues
- Support the HR team by taking notes at formal meetings
- Assist the HR team with ad hoc HR projects as determined by the Human Resources Manager
- Support the team with looking at new ways of working to enable the HR to move towards becoming a paperless service

**Experience Required**:

- Must be able to drive due to the location
- Ideally educated to minimum GCSE level grades 7 or A (or equivalent) in English and Math's
- CIPD Level 3 or willing to work towards this
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Team player with the ability to work on their own initiative
- Previous experience in recruitment compliance would be an advantage but not essential
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Positive and flexible attitude to problem solving
- Accuracy and attention to detail which is vital for compliance
