**Evening Supervisor Job Description**

**Slight flexibility with cover some sickness Monday to Friday day evenings hours generally 10 per week between 5pm and 9pm**

**Permanent Contract based on satisfactory completion of probationary period.**

**Responsible to: Operations**

**Wage: £11.50 per hour - must hold full UK driving licence**

**Skills Required**:

**Have sufficient knowledge in COSHH & Health & Safety including RAMS**

**Be able to calculate and administer stock levels on site**
**Be able to produce and maintain a high level of quality service to client**

**Be cordial and amenable**
**Be resourceful, inventive and self-confident**

**Key duties of the post**:
1. **Administration**
- To read and understand RAMS (Risk assessment method statements), Health & Safety & COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
- Help provide vision to the working role by suggesting and conveying procedures and practices working with operations.
- Work on own initiative to manage timekeeping of and keep detailed notes of any issues
- Liaise with Management to ensure all information is passed over correctly and efficiently
- Communicate clearly and work closely with all members of the team.
- Use electronic systems in place eg: Swept

**2. Supervisory Duties**
- General supervision of staff on various sites with and around the Rugby area
- Identifying training needs and passing to manager
- Organisation and ensuring onsite cleaning schedules are completed to a high standard report any issues to manager
- Monitoring staff timekeeping and report issues to manager
- Reporting any onsite issues to manager asap
- Communicate with clients where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the business
- The above list is not exhaustive, and we would expect you to carry out work deemed necessary by Operations

**3. General Duties**
- To carry out various works to the best of your ability always ensuring that the customer is happy, such as:

- Washroom/Office/Hall/Stairs Classroom/General Area Cleaning
- General Floor Cleaning including stairs - vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
- Emptying Bins and disposal of rubbish and recycling
- The above list is not exhaustive and we would expect you to carry out any cleaning work deemed necessary by your manager
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and employment law
- Responsibility to ensure that all work carried out is done according the service level agreement in place.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Undertake necessary training

**6. Quality Control**
- Use suitable chemicals and equipment for the job in hand
- Ensure high safety standards at all times.
- Report any issues that you may encounter in a timely manner to the manager
- To handle and store equipment and materials in a responsible manner and safely.

**5. Miscellaneous**
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as determined by Management which fall within the boundaries of this post.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
