Our client is offering a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

**As the System Analyst your responsibilities would include**:

- Documentation and maintenance of the core business system
- Analysis of existing products and provision of improvements of specific business functions. This includes provision to remove functionalities no longer widely in use
- Work closely with the Architect, Development and QA teams to understand current pipeline and understand technical feasibility of solutions
- Assist the Product Owner/Director with prioritisation, design, story writing, requirements gathering, research, meeting management, project management and timely delivery of projects
- Scoping and functional documentation of new features
- Competitor analysis of similar products in the marketplace and gap analysis to identify potential product enhancements
- Researching and evaluation emerging technologies across both hardware and software
- Training users and creating instruction manuals/marketing materials for new products
- Other duties as deemed reasonable

**Person Specification**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate great customer service skills
- Ability to translate customer requirements into concise, complete functional requirements
- Have knowledge of agile software development principles including Scrum and the ceremonies and techniques employed within a benefit
- Have an interest in technology, software in particular
- Ability to read code would be beneficial
