We are a family run business that has been running for nearly 40 years with an opening for an administrative and despatch role.

The role would include a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

- Health and safety training
- Working with the accountants department regarding management information and processes
- Environmental Agency/ Waste return
- Assisting the sales department with Ebay sales
- Despatching goods and delivery queries
- Old unit returns
- Warranty Claims
- Complaints
- Goods in
- Assisting the sales department with proactive sales calls
- Despatch of items including picking and packing

A good sense of humor and a can do attitude is a must Prior phone based experience is helpful and vehicle parts knowledge will always make life easier

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- vehicle parts knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
