We are looking for a person to work both weekdays and weekends as part of the housekeeping team, you will be working either alone or in team depending on how many rooms there are to service, daily tasks will be cleaning up to 14 rooms for guest arrivals. This is a very physical job and demanding job with heavy lifting involved and lots of stairs.

The hours of work are between 9am to 5pm ( guest checkin time is 4.30pm) you must be able to work between these hours during weekends and weekdays.

You will work within the current Government guidelines for Covid 19 and full training will be given.

Housekeeping duties will include some of the following:

- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures with lifting mattresses
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets, Showers/bath tubs, countertops sinks
- Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
- Making beds and changing linen
- washing windows
- keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linen, toiletries and other supplies
- Lifting heavy Linen bags
- removal of rubbish
- tidying up rooms
- report any issues or necessary repairs to the company maintenance person.
