Macildowie Finance are currently working on an exclusive basis with a small business based in Leamington Spa, to recruit a Finance Manager.
This business is a subsidiary of a larger international corporate and you will be joining them at an exciting point in their corporate journey as they look to embark on a significant period of growth where they aim to increase turnover significantly in thenext 3 years. The business has several high profile national clients and is a major player in their respective industry.
They have an excellent reputation for customer service and staff retention and are looking for an individual to grow and develop with the business over a significant period of time.
You will be reporting in to the Managing Director and be exposed to all areas of this dynamic and exciting business, providing high quality, timely and accurate management reporting and information, driving profitability and supporting key decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning the month end management accounts production - ensuring they are provided to the business/directors in a timely and accurate manner.
Coaching and management of a small team.
Supporting all teams in the review of P and L's, budgeting and forecasting activities.
Business planning/scenario modelling assisting operations in their strategic decision making process.
Cost analysis and reporting - highlighting opportunities to improve business performance through efficiency gains.
Preparation and presentation of key performance statistics to senior level operational stakeholders.
Ownership of the annual statutory reporting process
Cash flow management and reporting.
About You
To be considered for this role you must be
Ideally ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified. QBE will be considered.
An experienced Excel User (Pivots, Look Ups, Ifs are a must)
A confident communicator with experience of partnering with senior level operational stakeholders
