Due to business growth, we are seeking a Sales coordinator to join our existing Account Management team and support our customers, responding to inquiries and managing orders. You must also be proactive with strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail. You will have the opportunity to further your skills in contemporary software such as Word & Excel, plus you will develop advanced skills in using sales and prospecting software.
Full training will be given, and this is a great stepping stone if you are looking to progress into a sales role with generous commission.
Key responsibilities & duties:
Working with the Senior Account Manager/Account Managers on complicated and high value orders when applicable
Sourcing unusual products and creating bespoke quotations
Sales and Purchase order processing, which includes checking all details are correct to ensure the client gets the correct products
Liaising with domestic and overseas suppliers regarding all aspects of the order from quote to proof of delivery
Artwork proofing orders
Qualifications:
A-C/5-6 Grades in GCSE English, Maths and Science
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
Work experience & skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A keen eye for detail is essential whilst comfortable working to critical deadlines
Exceptional customer service skills
A team player who is positive, approachable and sociable
Makes suggestions and have input to improve quality of work
You must be someone who takes ownership and works efficiently to resolve problems
Able to build strong relationships internally and externally
Organised with strong ability to multi-task
Reliable, results focused, able to thrive under pressure
Positive, practical and hands-on
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
