**The Role**

We are seeking a Building Surveyor to join our well-established team. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of Building Surveying tasks, providing support to our team. Your duties will encompass core building surveying responsibilities spanning healthcare, education, student accommodation, commercial and social housing projects. In this role, you will directly engage with clients and stakeholders, overseeing various design, project management, and contract administration activities. Additionally, you will conduct thorough condition surveys and provide expert guidance on building-related matters. Your responsibilities will also include generating detailed written reports and aiding in dilapidations activities. This position presents a significant opportunity for a skilled Building Surveyor to make a substantial impact within a collaborative and professional environment.

**About you**

Aligned to our ethos and values you will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional service and have a proven track record of successfully completing projects in accordance with our clients’ expectations. A Building Surveying Degree or equivalent qualification is essential. Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous, preferably within the education or healthcare sectors, with demonstrated technical expertise in these areas. We are looking for a team player who is organised, methodical, has excellent communication skills and thrives in a busy and diverse environment. Proficiency in IT and particularly in AutoCAD, is essential.
