Vision for Education is seeking to appoint an Experienced Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school in Bristol starting as soon as possible.

**About the role**:
The ideal Teaching Assistant will:

- Have experience of working with primary school aged children
- Support pupils who face barriers to learning
- Be able to engage pupils with learning activities
- Have a passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- Be able to manage behaviour effectively

**About the school**:
The local primary school in Withywood boasts modern facilities, outside space and a well-established, dedicated team of staff. The school is seeking an Experienced TA who is proactive, reliable and who adapts their approach to support the needs of children. The school takes pride in their supportive environment for both staff and students, which is evident through their ethos and values.School hours are 08:30am - 3:30pm, term time only.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Experienced TA you will:

- Have NVQ Level 3 TA award or higher
- Have experience working as a teaching assistant
- Have a kind and caring nature
- Be passionate about children’s education
- Ideally hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- to hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (child workforce or child and adult workforce)
