**Job Type**: 6 month temp contract
**Pay**:£20K over 6 months.

True Supported Living is dedicated to providing high-quality supported accommodation services for young people aged 16 and above. We work in collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that young individuals receive the necessary support to thrive and achieve their potential. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Specialist to manage and optimise our referral processes.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Referral Management**:

- Develop and implement strategies to manage and optimize the referral process for supported accommodation services.
- Liaise with local authorities, social services, and other relevant agencies to secure referrals.
- Maintain a database of potential referrals and track the progress of each case.
- **Procurement**:

- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for securing referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential referral sources and opportunities for collaboration.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with referral agencies to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, social workers, and other referral sources.
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote our services and identify new referral opportunities.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure all referral processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare regular reports on referral activities, outcomes, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of referral strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- **Sourcing Properties**:

- Use various methods, including online platforms, and direct outreach, to source properties.
- Develop and maintain a network of property owners, real estate agents, and other relevant contacts.
- Work closely with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
- **Relationship Management**:

- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on property sourcing activities and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, property owners, and investors.
- Develop and maintain a network of property owners, real estate agents, and other relevant contacts.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the social care, supported accommodation sector or Childrens homes.
- Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by young people requiring supported accommodation.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of logistics and inventory management practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
