Autism Support Worker

**Location: Perth and Kinross**

Are you ready to join a dedicated team of professionals providing essential support to individuals in their own homes and within the community? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to individuals with autism in their homes and in the community, catering to their unique support needs
- Assist with bill payments, tenancy support, and accessing services as required
- Offer emotional support and companionship to individuals in the outreach service
- Work independently as a lone worker, utilizing problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Manage a workload of 2-3 individuals per day, ensuring sufficient time for travel and meaningful interactions
- Shift times are between 8am to 6pm, Monday - Friday
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism and mental health
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient approach towards individuals with unique support needs
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for individual caseloads
