**Property Management Assistant**

Made Easy is a growing leader in property management services. We provide management for properties (blocks of flats) in London with four developments under our portfolio so far.

As a **Property Management Assistant**, you play a direct role in customer service and management of procuring quotes, arranging maintenance works, carrying out site reports (once a month) and office administration.

**You must**:

- Have SOME knowledge the operations involved in block management.
- Be execute tasks efficiently
- Be reliable and able to progress
- MUST have accountancy experience and qualifications

**Duties**:

- **Manage schedule according to facility schedule when operating hours**:

- Proactive management of response when issues or concerns are reported Follow up on all issues or concerns.
- Support the director in daily tasks and duties
- Submit VAT, Tax returns and prepare accountancy documents
- You must be able to advise and lead the team in the right direction using your skills and experience
- You must be able to work between two departments and carry out duties as requested
- You must be able to carry out handover once properties are sold (induction will be provided)

**Salary**: £16.50-£20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hackney, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
