Sia Door Supervisor

Richards Events have a very busy event calendar, we are seeking to recruit an additional 10 x SIA Door Supervisors to join our already established Teams in Southampton, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire areas to work at a variety of events & venues including Ageas Bowl, New Forest Show, Beaulieu, Popham Airfield as well as Henley Regatta members club, The Battleproms in Highclere Castle, Hatfield House and Blenheim Palace, Burghley House, Klasyczna Polonia Car Show in Newbury, Bucks County Show, Epsom Derby, Woodley Carnival, BHF L-B Bike Ride, The Showman’s Show Newbury, Winchester Christmas Market, and many more smaller events.

Whether you’re looking for lots of work or just a handful of shifts, our casual contract offers you great flexibility. However, you must be able to work weekend shifts (but not necessarily every week).

**Job Summary**
- Overseeing event safety and event security
- ID checks and bag searches
- Facilitate the smooth running of the event for the client
- Dealing with and logging incidents if they should occur throughout the shift

**Applicants must have**:

- Hold a valid Front Line SIA Door Supervisor Licence or above - copies will be required
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to work professionally under your own initiative as part of our teams
- Be impeccably presented

You will join a team of fully licensed, insured & professionally trained operatives who are trusted to deliver the requisite level of expertise in protection and specialist fields.

**We will need copies of the following**:

- **Proof that you can work in the work (Passport, Birth Certificate, right to work in the UK - visa, POD etc.**

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
