What it's like to work here:The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times. The former home of Sir Winston Churchill is open to visitors from the end of February until the end of October but our gardens and wider grounds remain open all year round apart from Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

In this role you'll be part of a small team covering a seven day a week rota which means that you'll be required to work on a Saturday and Sunday one weekend in four and also some Bank Holiday Mondays.
- Proven experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible and customer -focussed with strong customer service skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
- Well organised and attention to detail
- Good IT Skills
