We require someone who is ARLA registered and has 2 years of experience

Managing lettings, i.e.
- PAT testing
- gas safety/electrical safety
- AST renewal dates
- deposit protections & renewals
- CMP renewals
- ICO renewal, property ombudsman
- right to rent/credit
- fire alarm, extinguisher servicing
- organise repairs/servicing etc.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Malden, KT3 3LS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
