**Cleaner / Caretaker - Chorley (PR6)**

Maxim FM are looking to recruit two enthusiastic individual's with previous cleaning experience to join our team in Chorley (PR6)

Our company specialises in a wide range of cleaning services and has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. Your daily tasks would include general office cleaning duties. This includes but is not limited too, dusting, vacuuming, mopping etc.

This position is well suited to any individual that is looking to advance their career in the industry and wants to gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

**Responsibilities**:

- Key holding
- Ongoing support and training
- Site responsibilities (cleaning etc)

**Requirements**:

- Previous cleaning experience.
- Must be comfortable working alone or as a team.
- Fit to undertake cleaning duties.
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
- An existing Enhance DBS would be highly desirable however, is not essential.

**Working times are as follows**:

- 7:00-9:30 & 15:00-18:15.
- Monday to Friday.
- 26.25 hours per week.
- 47 week contract

This position offers an hourly wage of £12.
