Lbr Homeownership Officer

Our client is currently recruiting for a Homeownership Office to join their busy team in an East London authority.

The duties of the roles would include, but not exclusive to;
- To provide effective management service to local authority owned Leasehold properties
- To provide homeownership service that is customer focused and encourages and supports residents
- The implement and monitor changes to the service
- To achieve performance targets and standards
- To work alongside other departments and liaise with external parties where necessary to deliver the service required
- to maximise income from mortgage companies, leaseholder charges and undertake income recovery as and when necessary including attending court
