This position is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working within a team of six.

The role would suit a graduate or a second jobber looking to start a career within supply chain

**Responsibilities to include**:

- Processing customer orders and liaising with customers & warehouses to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled
- Ensuring orders are processed from the earliest BBE batches and raising any potential issues with short dated stock
- Monitoring deliveries and ensuring any issues are promptly acted upon
- Assisting with reconciling stock reports to third party warehouse and promptly following up on any discrepancies
- Accurately recording all products delivered at the warehouse and ensuring all delivery paperwork is received correctly including BBE dates
- Compiling daily & weekly sales reports and distributing to senior management

**Qualifications/Experience**

**A Levels or a Graduate**
- Previous experience of inputting data and dealing with customers
- Thorough attention to detail, comfortable working under pressure
- Good organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Team Player with "Can do" attitude
- Excel and Microsoft office experience
