Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Demolition Supervisor to oversee a demolition and refurbishment project in the West Midlands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate site activities
- Lead a team of demolition workers, providing guidance and instruction as needed
- Monitor progress to ensure project is completed within specified timeframes
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Liaise with Project Manager and other stakeholders

**Skills**:

- CCDO Gold Card minimum
- Asbestos Awareness
- First Aid
- PASMA

Initially the position is freelance to cover a single contract, but may lead to a full-time position.

Company van can be provided

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Freelance
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: From £18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week
