The PR Exec position will be a hybrid role supporting the NOW brand, corporate and consumer PR team across the full breadth of their work. You will play a key role in driving our brand reputation across all external communications, from running show publicity and creative campaigns for some of the biggest shows and films coming to NOW, to supporting on brand crisis comms, CSR work and thought leadership.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support publicity for key show titles, working with the PR Manager and our agency to secure talent interviews, plan junkets both virtual and in person and ensure NOW crediting across our work
- Asset management across key shows working closely with Sky counterparts to supply clips, imagery and approved credits to drive brand and content awareness
- Support on drafting product and corporate communications with the PR Manager - including communication packs, press releases, liaison with partners
- CSR and Corporate channel management (i.e. LinkedIn) - support the Snr Corporate PR Manager to deliver campaigns that support our CSR partner and develop a content strategy for our corporate comms channels
- General team administration, reporting on key campaigns, ensuring campaign and agency documents are filed.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience working in a busy press office or in a newsroom environment - comfortable pitching both consumer and corporate media, ideally with existing press relationships in the entertainment or media industry
- Experience running press schedules and interviews - ideally including talent handling, photocalls and junkets
- Strong attention to detail, experience compiling results focused reports for senior partners to deadlines
- Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and navigating competing demands and juggling several projects at once

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
