A very rare and exciting challenge has arisen in Worcester for a driven and determined Branch Manager who is hungry for a fresh challenge.

This role will suit a Branch Manager who has hit a glass ceiling and is looking for something they can make their own. You will have flexibility in choosing your own team, areas you focus on and much more.

Duties to include:

- Marketing
- Networking
- Business development and increasing the market share
- Generating and attending valuations
- Generating and attending viewings
- Some administration
- Motivating staff

Duties will vary and due to the nature of this role you must expect to lend a hand wherever is required.
- Extensive knowledge of the Worcester property market
- HIGHLY self motivated
- Willing to go the extra mile and commit to this role 110%
- Confident and proactive
- A keen net-worker
- Honest with strong ethical morals
- Experience in managing an Estate Agency branch
- Keen eye for new business
- Willing to put all hands to the deck no matter the duty
- Competent valuer
- Willingness to see the future of the business and to strive to achieve its goals
- Customer orientated
- Hardworking and polished
