**Dawson Levy Resourcing**currently have an excellent opportunity for a Solar Developer to join a leading client of ours on a permanent basis in Reading.

**What you will be doing?**
- Proactively work with our client and third parties to identify and release potential value on ours and third-party land.
- Development pipeline plans, including securing necessary internal and external resources to manage the delivery of the pipeline.
- Evaluation of project feasibility, based on key project parameters (yield, CAPEX, OPEX and expected electricity prices) continuous optimisation of project performance in close cooperation with our engineering team.
- Ensuring Health, Safety and Environment compliance with requirements.
- Progress and grow a solar pipeline by identifying, screening and developing high quality and safe projects across the estate;
- A clear approach to programme management across the pipeline to ensure that screening, development and construction are managed in a structured and systematic way and that risk is transparent and effectively managed;
- Proactively work with us and third parties to identify and release potential value on ours and third-party land;
- Contribute to studies to understand the impact of floating solar systems on raw drinking water reservoirs;
- Work collaboratively across the business to build exceptional stakeholder relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to drive down risks.

**What you will bring to the role?**

Ideally possess a Professional qualification in engineering

Have excellent knowledge of processes required to identify, develop and deliver renewable energy schemes from inception to delivery
