Pertemps Wiltshire is looking for a Training Validator to join their Food Production Client in Corsham.
Temporary to permanent Role
40 hours /week
£12.25/h + shift premium
Onsite parking, staff shop, subsidised canteen.
Afternoon shift
Main responsibilities:
Most of the time will be spent on the shopfloor validating training and identifying space for improvement.
Hold departments training meetings with managers and supervisors to build a training plan weekly/ monthly.
Identifying and escalating concerns with the Management Team.
Upload the training evidence on training system.
Assess and authorise new SOPs and comply with H&S requirements.
As a Training Validator you will need to have following skills:
A proactive team player, engaging and approachable.
Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
Knowledge of QUOR is advantage but not necessary.
Manufacturing background within L&D or Quality department.
