We are seeking an energetic and driven SDR to join our client's expanding business development team. They are an innovative software provider in Brighton.
As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to own your sales pipeline, contribute to team targets, and promote their platform.
**Salary £23,000 to £25,000 (£35,000 to £40,000 OTE)**

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with a Senior Account Executive to learn the art of selling our client's products and become part of a strategic sales unit.
- Engage with potential customers, showcasing our offerings and addressing their needs.
- Conduct webinars to demonstrate how our products solve challenges for agencies and brands.
- Reach out to inbound leads and identify promising growth opportunities.
- Foster collaboration between product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Assist in lead generation and support Senior Account Executives with partnership handovers.
- Support outbound sales efforts to target potential companies for collaboration.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of business development experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Commercially minded, motivated, and driven to succeed in a high-achieving sales team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Agility in adapting to challenges and a willingness to think outside the box.
- Passion for helping small to medium-sized businesses achieve success.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets/quotas.
- Ability to manage the customer journey from discovery to close.
- Strong team player mentality.
