Job Description: Double Glazing Labourer

Must live in a GL Postcode or South Worcester

**Salary**: £22,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the installation of double glazing units under the guidance of experienced team members.

2. Work closely with another team member, sharing responsibilities and ensuring timely completion of jobs.

3. Drive to designated location each morning to meet the team member, ensuring punctuality.

4. Handle and move heavy materials and products with care and attention to safety guidelines and respect of customers homes.

5. Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.

6. Use the company tablet and CRM systems proficiently to manage appointments, update records, and communicate effectively with the office and customers.

7. Assist in taking customer payments, ensuring accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good use of technology.
- Must reside in the GL postcode area or South Worcester.

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
