Eastbourne, Lewes and Wealden area** Are you passionate about ending rough sleeping for people in East Sussex? Do you believe everyone has the right to live their life well?

Come and join a supportive and professional team delivering street outreach support to people who are rough sleeping in Eastbourne, Lewes and Wealden.

As an Outreach Worker providing early morning street outreach sessions, you will be engaging with people who are sleeping rough, whilst working alongside a multi-disciplinary team with the shared aim of supporting people away from homelessness.

We are looking for team members with a flexible and dynamic approach to working with people who may have complex needs, having experienced trauma and homelessness.

This post requires you to be a driver with access to a car for work purposes.

Full induction, training and all-weather clothing and provided.
