CK Group are recruiting for a Production Planner to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Hertfordshire. This role is a permanent role.
**The Company**:
Our client is a global Pharmaceutical company who place patients and their families at the forefront of everything they do.
**The Location**:
The role is based at our client's site in Hertfordshire which is commutable from many towns from Middlesex to Cambridgeshire. There are good road and public transport networks and London is easily reachable.
**The main purpose of the Production Planner role will be to**:

- To produce the finite schedule for both the manufacturing and packaging operations
- Ensure process orders are created within the agreed lead times.
- Represent production at the pre-month / end-month meeting with Finance department.
- To provide administrative support to the Production department
- Responsible for the creation and management of Master Batch Records for Manufacturing and Packaging
- Write, review and update production documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures

**Your Background**:

- Knowledge and experience of Pharmaceuticals, or experience in Production planning
- SAP/ERP experience
- Computer literate (MS Office suite)
