An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Communication Lead to join the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme. The role of Communication Lead will be pivotal in supporting senior leads across Birmingham and Solihull (BSOL) deliver a revolutionary programme of change. Working within Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust and with Partners Forward Thinking Birmingham (part of the Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospital) the individual will work to engage with our key partners and stakeholders including service users in the delivery of a strategic communication and engagement plan to support the implementation of the overall Community Mental Health Transformation Programme. The individual will work closely with Project Leads and stakeholder as part or a programme team to lead on all aspects of communication, marketing and engagement.

This is a FTC position for 18months

The post holder will work directly to the programme lead and work alongside the programme SRO;s in delivering a comprehensive Communications, Marketing and Engagement plan.

As a senior member of the programme team, the post holder will be required to develop links with all stakeholders ensuring that communication and marketing plans support and enhance the delivery of the programme and ensure strong links with stakeholders across BSol.

This role gives the opportunity for hybrid working and you will typically be asked to work in a hybrid way, working from your home and also from Trust HQ The Uffculme Centre, or any other agreed site.
