We are currently looking for Nightshift Food Production Operatives to join our client based in Glasgow on an on going temporary basis.

**This role will be starting ASAP own transport is essential**

**The role will involve**:

- You will start your night working on the bread and rolls production line
- Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
- Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
- Recommend recipes to renew our menu and attract more customers (e.g. gluten-free or vegan desserts)
- Label all food items inline with food safety protocols

**For this role you will need to have the following skills and abilities**:

- Previous baker or bakery assistant experience is essential
- Have your own transport due to start and finish times
- Have good communication skills

**Hours**
- 5 days over 7
- OT available
- Start times: Midnight or 0100 (Between 7 or 8 hour shift)

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Own transport required
- Canteen
- Ongoing Assignment
- Weekend Work
